Aromaitc herbal brandy
Strong alcoholic drink made from specially selected medicinal aromatic plants, produced according an old family recipe and painted with saffron flower, Crocus sativus, which gives it a distinctive color. It is recommended to serve it chilled, as an aperitif or digestif.
Fennel aromatic herbal brandy
Brandy made from Foeniculum vulgare Mill. Fennel is a wild anise growing on uncultivated and abandoned agricultural land. The seeds contain a high percentage of essential oils. Soothes stomach cramps, improves digestion and relieves flatulence.
The leaves and roots are used in gastronomy as an addition to seasoning salads and stews. Serve cold.
Brandy is produced by distilling fermented ripe carob, Ceratonia siliqua. Carob is a wild tree with aromatic fruit flavors and distinctive shapes. Toasted and ground carob once has been used as a coffee substitute. Carob flour is considered as an effective mean for treatement of diarrhea and stomach poisoning. Serve slightly chilled.
