Aromaitc herbal brandy
Strong alcoholic drink made from specially selected medicinal aromatic plants, produced according an old family recipe and painted with saffron flower, Crocus sativus, which gives it a distinctive color. It is recommended to serve it chilled, as an aperitif or digestif.
Aromatic herbal bitter liqueur
Medicinal brandy produced from 18 species of medicinal plants according a special family old procedure that is transmitted orally from generation to generation. Saffron gives it a very nice yellow color of which is recognizable. Serve chilled as an aperitif or as a digestive. In Peljesac peninsula this brandy is served with fresh or dried figs, grape or various dried fruits.
Such a harmonious oil, recognizable for its intense fruity scent of ripe tomato and ripe apple. Dry curd cottage cheese or cottage cheese in the emulsion of honey and this oil or chocolate mousse with Ascolana topping are delicious desserts definitely worth trying. At the 2015 New York International Olive Oil Competition, it was bestowed the silver medal, while the international extra virgin olive oil contest Terra Olivo 2015 held in Israel honored it as the recipient of the Prestige Gold Award.
Bastardo Red 2015
The season started with a cold and dry Winter, followed by a warm Spring, and very mild Summer. Harvest season came early and with perfect weather, including providential mild rains in mid-September. Grapes were healthy, balanced and perfect throughout the harvest. This will be a vintage to be remembered.
Schistose soils. Made with grapes from 30 years old vines from Quinta Chão do Pereiro.
Grapes are hand-picked and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, and then foot-trodden in granite lagares, with no destemming and no added yeast. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete the wine is racked in stainless steel tanks.

Bodren Icewine 2008
In this elegantly balanced composition Riesling and Pinot Gris are bound in miraculously illuminated triptych. A sensation of roundness can also be perceived individually in distinctive varietal aromas. Rich golden colour with greenish and contrasting amber highlights. An alluring lemony note is well balanced against a basket full of sweet nuts with hints of chamomile and elderflower, while the lingering finish is harmoniously persistent with walnuts, alongside white pepper, cinnamon.

Wonderfully fragrant nose of green tea and aromatic herbs are heralding the richness of flavours in this Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling cuvйe in which the sweetness of apricot and plum jam, the spiciness of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, a hint of almond and vibrant citrus notes of ripe green apples are beautifully merged into a harmonious winter fairy-tale.

Icewine of refreshing luxury with its deep colour of antique gold is heralding the splendour of layered aromas and richness of flavour. The nose is dominated by meadow herbs, chamomile and plantain, honey drizzled barlett pears, along with inviting aromas of hedonistically ripe apples, peaches, black figs, mulberry, dates and notes of black truffles that follow through on the palate.
Concentrated, slightly mineral and attractive flavour is complimented by a crisp acidity of lemon zest and spiciness of lemon grass, coriander and white pepper. The exceptionally long honey-sweet complex finish of irresistible pure indulgence.
