Drobnica is an extra virgin olive oil derived from the same name of the olive variety that lives exclusively in the area of Vele Luke since ancient Roman times. The influence of the dry climate of the nearby island of Sušac, the settlement of Vela Luka, a small rocky land, are the ideal conditions for the success of this olive. In such crude conditions, the fruit of the olives is drogan (small). But nature has come back with a special oil, a specific taste, and aroma, which gives the peculiarity of all Mediterranean dishes, especially fish.
Lastovka is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the same name of the olive variety that had been produced in the area of Vela Luka several centuries ago. The oil obtained is superior, long lasting and persistent, dense and fragrant, ideal for use in Mediterranean cuisine, especially for vegetable dishes, which, along with Lastovo, become gourmet specialties. Lastovka is one of the most powerful and most complex and at the same time one of the most sophisticated and stable in the world of olive oils today, it is full of natural antioxidants (polyphenols) which are daily essential to the body. Torkul is a virgin olive oil of extra quality , (content of free mushrooms less than 0.8% per Croatian and EU standard), produced by the physical processing of fresh, hand-picked olives, autochthonous varieties; (70%) and drobnice (30%), from the olive grove of Vela Luka , a place known for its centuries-old tradition of production of the highest quality olive oil. Timely harvesting and processing on the same day result in a very low content of free fatty acids ( SMK ) of about 0.15-0.20%, which is several times lower than the allowable values in the extra quality class.
