  • Bodren Icewine 2012

Icewine of refreshing luxury with its deep colour of antique gold is heralding the splendour of layered aromas and richness of flavour. The nose is dominated by meadow herbs, chamomile and plantain, honey drizzled barlett pears, along with inviting aromas of hedonistically ripe apples, peaches, black figs, mulberry, dates and notes of black truffles that follow through on the palate.

Concentrated, slightly mineral and attractive flavour is complimented by a crisp acidity of lemon zest and spiciness of lemon grass, coriander and white pepper. The exceptionally long honey-sweet complex finish of irresistible pure indulgence.
